How the store is laid out

Paws And Pine has three parts. The shop holds the products, grouped into seven collections. The help pages answer practical questions about sizes, delivery and order status. The policy pages set out the rules on returns, refunds, privacy and intellectual property. Every page is linked from the footer, so wherever you are on the site, the full map is one scroll away.

The seven collections

Blankets: three collections, one set of sizes

Blankets sit in three collections because people arrive with different ideas. Some already have the photo, some want an illustrated breed portrait, and some simply want the cozy outdoor look. Whichever collection you start from, throw blankets come in Fleece or Sherpa and in three sizes: 30 x 40 in (76 x 102 cm), 50 x 60 in (127 x 152 cm) and 60 x 80 in (152 x 203 cm). As a rough guide, 30 x 40 in suits a lap, a crate or a car seat; 50 x 60 in drapes nicely over a three-seat sofa; and 60 x 80 in covers the top of a bed or wraps two people. Clothing: hoodies, sweatshirts and tees

Unisex pullover hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts run from S to 3XL, long-sleeve tees from S to 3XL and short-sleeve tees from S to 2XL. For the pet

Pet beds come in Small, Medium and Large. Bandanas tie on and are sized S, M and L by neck. Crate and car seat mats are sized to match common crates: Small for a 24 in crate, Medium for 30 in, Large for 36 in and XL for 42 in. Measure the crate floor before you choose.

Cabin gifts

Pillow covers come in 16 x 16 in and 18 x 18 in, mugs in 11 oz and 15 oz, and ornaments in one size. These are useful when the budget is smaller or you need something to add to a larger gift.

Personalised products: where the options live

Five products can be printed from your own photo: three photo blankets and two photo hoodies. Many other designs carry your pet’s name. Everything is set on the product page itself, and there is no separate design tool to find:

• Pet name: up to 14 characters, with a live text preview on the product image.
• Photo link: a share link anyone can open, such as Google Photos, iCloud or Dropbox. There is no upload button.
• Second line or pose: optional, on the products that offer it.

Personalising costs nothing extra. Because there is no proof or mockup step, we print exactly what you enter. Check the spelling and open your photo link in a private window before you add the item to your cart. If you spot a typo after ordering, the 24-hour window on Cancel or Change an Order is the page you need.

Finding order help fast

Most questions after checkout fall into a handful of situations. Here is the shortest path for each.

Working back from a date

For a birthday, holiday or memorial date, count backwards. Allow 1–3 business days to prepare the order and 7–14 business days in transit to the US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, then add a little room. An order placed on a Monday for a birthday three weeks later is usually comfortable. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates, so if the date is close, email us before ordering and we will give you an honest answer.

Routes by who you are shopping for

Collections are organised by product, but most people shop with a person or a pet in mind. These routes cut across the collections.

For yourself, after a long hike

For a dog or cat owner you know well

If you can get a good photo of their pet, ideally one they shared with you, the custom pet photo blankets make the most personal gift.
