\nPaws And Pine is an online store for people whose favourite view is a dog stretched across the couch or a cat curled in the cabin chair. We make cozy things for pet people who like the outdoors: throw blankets printed with your own pet’s photo, breed portrait throws, campfire and pine-forest designs, pullover hoodies and sweatshirts for pet lovers, and a small shelf of gear for the pet itself, from beds and bandanas to crate mats. Around that we keep a few cabin gifts, such as mugs, pillow covers and ornaments, that suit a porch, a bookshelf or a holiday tree.
\nThis page is not a story about us. It is a plain explanation of what we sell, how a custom order works from the moment you type your pet’s name, how long things take, and what you can expect if something needs to be sent back. If you read it before ordering, you should know exactly what you are getting and when.
\nEverything in the shop falls into a handful of groups. Each one has its own collection page, so you can browse a single kind of product instead of scrolling through the whole range.
\nThe heart of the store. You send a photo of your dog or cat, add the pet’s name, and we print it onto a throw blanket. Personalisation happens right on the product page. There is no separate form to fill in later, no upload button and no extra charge for adding your pet. Here is the path a custom photo blanket takes, using a golden retriever called Juniper as the example.
\nIf the photo link you sent does not open for us, we will email you about it rather than guess at another picture.
\nA blanket is far bigger than a screen, so the photo matters more than anything else you choose. A few habits make a real difference:
\nCustomer photos are deleted 30 days after delivery. We keep them only long enough to make your order and handle any question that comes up straight after it arrives.
\nMany of our orders are for a birthday, a holiday or a memorial, so timing deserves its own section. Every order takes 1–3 business days to prepare and then 7–14 business days in transit to the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. That makes 8 to 17 business days from order to door, not counting weekends or public holidays.
\nSay you order on a Monday for a birthday exactly three weeks away. Three weeks holds 15 business days. Most orders will arrive in time, but the slow end of the range, 17 business days, would run past the party. If the date cannot move, order earlier. We cannot promise a delivery date, and we would rather tell you that now than disappoint you later.
\nSending a gift straight to a friend in Canada, Australia or New Zealand works the same way: enter their address as the shipping address at checkout, and the same timeline applies. \nFor memorial blankets, take the time you need. There is no rush on our side, and if choosing the photo is hard, you are welcome to email us and talk it through before you order.

A 60-day return window that includes personalised blankets is unusual, and we offer it on purpose. If Pepper’s portrait arrives and it is simply not the blanket you pictured, you can send it back. The same goes for a hoodie that turns out too snug: start a return or an exchange inside 60 days and use the free label.

\nAfter you order, the Order Tracking page lets you look up the status of your order with your order number and billing email. If you want to know where your parcel is beyond that status, email us and we will tell you where your order is. Customers with an account can also see past orders under My Account.
\nCare instructions vary by item, so follow the care label that comes with the item. If you have a question about a product before buying, our FAQs answer the common ones, and the Help Center points you to the right policy for anything else.
